The UWE Gliding Club AGM is scheduled for Wednesday 7th March 2012 at 13:00. The meeting will be held in Meeting Room 2 (5F1) on the 5th floor of F block (Students' Union).
The draft agenda is attached below. During the AGM we will be electing next year's committee. If you are interested in standing for election as a committee member, please read the attached document outlining the committee roles. You are of course welcome to get in touch with any member of the current committee with any questions relating to the committee positions and the responsibilities involved.
Please let the secretary know by Monday 5th March if you wish to stand for election or would like to add any items to the agenda.
